Lizzy Clarke
Lizzy Clarke has released a series of independent singles that showcase her soulful, genre-blending sound. She released “Open Sea” in 2017; “Headlines,” “Been Too Long,” and “I’m All Yours” in 2019; and “Loved” in 2020. These tracks highlight her expressive vocals, thoughtful songwriting, and seamless fusion of jazz, soul, folk, and pop. She briefly introduced her artistic alias Elsy with the release of “Love Is Chaos”— a song which is now lost to the ages. The track was released through a lable that took the song off streaming platforms AND also didn’t return the master rights… Don’t worry, no more pseudonyms and no more labels for future releases!
She also recorded “I’ll Die” and “Extraordinary Feel” with Toronto-based artist Denim Blu in 2021.

The Spandettes 2008-2019
The Spandettes are a Toronto-based disco, soul, and jazz-pop vocal trio known for their lush harmonies and vintage-inspired sound. Blending funk, soul, and sophisticated pop, they’ve released three albums: Spandex Effect (2014), Sequin Sunrise (2017), and The Spandettes Live at 3030 (2021). Their single “Over Me” landed in the Tokyo Top 100, earning them a loyal Japanese fanbase and leading to a successful tour in Japan. With dazzling arrangements, tight grooves, and a joyful stage presence, The Spandettes have built an international following and carved out a unique place in the modern soul scene—bringing glamour and musicianship to every stage they hit.

The Intentions (2008-2020)
The Intentions are a Toronto-based soul and Motown band known for their high-energy live shows, vintage sound, and rich vocal harmonies. In 2016, they released their debut full-length album The Intentions!—recorded to tape for an authentic retro feel—and celebrated with a sold-out release show at Lee’s Palace. Their blend of original soul and classic influences continued with two singles in 2018: Red Summer and Slow. Vocalist Lizzy Clarke was a lead singer and vocal arranger, helping shape the group’s dynamic sound. The Intentions built a devoted following across Canada with their infectious grooves and deep love of soul music.

Lizzy & The Pretty Boys (2007-2010)
Waaaaayyyy back in 2007, Lizzy formed her first band. They were very pretty boys. And so, the Pretty Boys were born.
